Three areas, one approach: understand the problem before proposing a solution. No pre-packaged frameworks. No demos without a future.
Many teams grow without a senior technical lead. Code accumulates, architectural decisions get deferred, tech debt compounds. We step in as fractional CTO or technical advisor to bring order.
We work with startups and SMEs that already have a dev team but lack technical direction. We don't replace your developers — we make them work better.
We build software to make things work, not to impress in investor decks. Web apps, APIs, system integrations, custom WordPress plugins and internal tools.
We favour maintainable, proven stacks. TypeScript, Python, Astro, Next.js, FastAPI — chosen for the problem, not for the portfolio.
AI is useful when it solves a specific problem on a real process. We build agents with guardrails, LLM-integrated workflows and automations that don't break on the first input variation.
We don't sell "AI strategy" slides. We take an existing workflow, identify where intelligent automation adds measurable value, and we measure.
Free first call. We ask about goal, constraints, timeline and what's already failed. No rush to sell.
We study the context, existing code if any, and the processes involved. Written analysis document before proposing any solution.
Precise scope, clear milestones, detailed budget. No "it depends". If we don't know, we say so.
Weekly updates, code versioned on Git, continuous deployment where possible. No end-of-project surprises.
Yes. Pre-seed founders often have limited budgets but real technical problems. We can work with partial equity or reduced rates for interesting projects. Clarity from the start is the requirement.
We prefer fixed-scope projects with clear milestones. For ongoing consulting we work on a day rate or monthly retainer. We don't do "hourly" work without scope — it increases risk for both sides.
Absolutely. Many clients bring us only the AI integration or only the technical audit. We have no interest in artificially widening scope.
Depends. A technical audit: 1–2 weeks. An AI integration on an existing process: 3–6 weeks. A web app from scratch: 2–4 months. We avoid open-ended projects without deadlines.
Write 8–10 lines on goal, constraints and timeline. We reply within 48 hours.
